One person was injured Wednesday after driving into a wall in Indian Wells. Riverside County Fire officials say the vehicle caught fire after striking the wall. It happened just after 12:30 p.m. at Mesquite Drive and Village Center Drive. The lone occupant of the vehicle got out and was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
